Do you understand what the basic and solid ground are. Have a judge ruled against the gor's. The gor's is on solid grounds. All schools read the gor's and signed it , which put it on solid ground. They would have more luck vs ESPN for unfair practices . After making a deal with ACC equal to big10 and sec at 33 million, ESPN new sec deal then doubled the ACC which makes it unfair Josh Pates opinions is what he thinks.

North Carolina is a market both the B1G & the SEC would like to get into. But, NC football tv viewership is not 1/2 the tv viewership of Clemson or Florida State. So, UNC is not the most attractive school in the ACC. I am a Seminole & cannot speak for Clemson. Florida State University would not have brought a law suite without a landing spot, or a secure plan for playing as a Independent in the short term. *The ACC knows ESPN will not be renewing the Contract.

FSU to the Big 10. I don’t think that Clemson has to be partnered with FSU as a package. FSU is already working on their AAU status and I don’t think they would be putting so much effort and money into that if they were going to the SEC. Clemson doesn’t have the academics for the Big Ten and they are not AAU certified. I believe FSU and North Carolina will get a Big Ten invite . Then Miami and Clemson to the SEC.

Clemson and fs can leave once they pay 500 million each. That's the reason they have not left yet. Gor's is a binding contract and no one will defeat it. State courts will back their school but notice can not rule against the gor's.

The judge can rule that the exit fee is to high and set a lower one .Also he can look at want these other schools paid to get out of their conferences . The Gor can be deem unrealistic and not enforceable. You never know how a judge will rule . The Acc seems to believe their is a way out that why they filed a lawsuit against Florida State and Clemson otherwise they would have just defended their selves in the other suits .
