I usually say the storm before the calm. The was the case with the first few months of WB Discover. I knew there was going to be rough adjustments and decisions being made by the new leadership but I just had a good feeling that they were going to set things right and so far this makes me extremely happy. A year ago at this time, I was done with DC especially with the old leadership and their horrible and bizarre decisions, but ever since discovery took over, I’ve been so happy with their decisions and this brought me back!

Green Lantern Corps wont be coming out next year. It is still active in devlopment and there’s already writers who are working very hard on the project. So if Man of Steel sequel is happening, we may have Christopher McQuarrie (Mission Impossible movies) who’s a likely candidate for the film alongside with MoS2 since both of the project he proposed to Warner Bros are connected. Who knows. Maybe Tom Cruise may be the old Hal Jordan / Green Lantern.

Ben and Henry being back means we can finally continue Justice League movies. I just hope they revisit the Darkseid arc at some point. I know there’ll be Infinity saga comparisons, but if they actually build towards it it’ll feel earned. They can bring back the Darkseid voice from JL and after maybe 1 or 2 Justice Leagues with other villains we can have the Darkseid arc again. The only change really is that Ezra’s getting replaced which is very necessary.
