Solid running game with proven Backs, Good receiving core(could use another receiver or two)- Great place to show what he can do at the QB position for the 2026 april draft. Everything is a gamble. Cam Ward could have got hurt in game one against Florida. Thank God he didn't, but anyone can get hurt at any time. Beck missing spring practice isn't a major setback. He's an experienced, battle tested quarterback, who has played in huge games against SEC defenses. Missing out on spring isn't a game changer at all. Plus, it gives a players like Judd and Luke an opportunity to show where they are on the depth chart.

The dude threw for 3500 yards in a down year with receivers dropping passes and not so good OLine against SEC defenses. Our fanbase complains about every damn thing. He'll fit perfectly in a more run heavy offense next year

I think he'll be ready. I'm more concerned about the defense more than anything. Good look to Coach Sal, hopefully we get a good group of coaches in on the defensive side to help our offense out next year. I'm not gonna lie, I trashed Beck all last year but if he becomes a Cane I'm all in. I'm actually a little excited to tell the truth. He's a Duval boi like myself, I got faith in him if he ends up being the guy. At this point, I'm taking anybody over Emory hahaha.
