Great work Maj Kavish. U actually laid out all the facts and spoke on behalf of all the SSCOs. This video must reach the highest office of the MoD and the top brass must feel the pain of SSCOs

Nicely explained the difference between the agniveer 4 yrs including training. SSC officers serve for 14 yrs excluding training maximum of 5 yrs

Very well explained sir.. We Nursing officers are also the victim. We gave our 14 years of our fruitful age to the defence..then we are coming out even without ex-servicemen status..so after coming out again we have to start our job again from the basic...

Sir, SSC officer ko atleast salary toh full milti thi, lekin govt. ne Agniveers ko toh labour ki trah 21k/month pe laa diya hai, jwaano k liye to officers ko bolna chahiye but koi bolta nhi. I wish SSC walo ko NPS Mill jaye.

Sir I have a observation regarding Today's scenario in defence forces . I am a defence brat and my father belongs to Gunner Fraternity. Earlier there was a great camaraderie in Batallions but now I don't know as I am not a part of it . But with bharatpur,Odisha where wife of captain of Sikh regiment was molested ,harassed ,abused and the captain himself got abused by Police. My speculation is had it been a Batallion based on purely earlier systems,then till now the NCOs and CO of the batallion had thrashed the whole police station teaching them a life long lesson, but now everyone is focusing on how to secure Permanent commission or Permanent job at the end of tenure that has led to shallowing of such deep bonds shared by jawans/soldiers. Please Enlighten me sir.

Jai hind sir, It is a high time for a national drive should come up nation wide by all short service officers including veterans. What a disparity within a class done by govt. Sir there should be an organised campaign where in more n more officers can become part of it... Regards

We have money for bridges that fall, to department who do nothing, to friendly foreign nations some not so friendly. And NO money to spend in Defence or soldiers and it is what it is.
@Mac-h3xАй бұрын
There has to be some difference in Permanent Commission and Short Service Commission but Army canteen facility and access to Command hospital are must.

Dont compare with ssc officers and agniveers officers get full salary benifits and they have chance to get pc also if they have quality then they will became permenent but agniveer did not have salary benifits compare to normal sepoy so agniveer is enitirely different officer salary is starting is more than 1lakh agniveer 21k and no other benifits too
@heemmaanav5915Ай бұрын
i agree with him on all of his points , but should not compare it with agniveer , govt is giving them more just to calm the matter currently , their condition in organization in any sense is much worse then the ssc officers , instead he should raise his voice for agniveer, ssc officers will get a good paying jobs after their retirement but not agniveers and they also have given their peak 4 years of growth to organization, and speaking logically ssc entry is made to save money and to maintain a young workforce of officers , because a huge chunk of money goes only on pension

The one who wears shoes knows where it pinches. You could have opened your own NPS account. Why you want to rely on the Govt funds when you are enrolled with the condition already transmitted to you through Recruitment Advt. For you the Agniveer are inferior category on the basis of the rank class. They are human first.

Nowhere in any service such gruesome discrimination has been faced by any officer. I met a army major who was short service and working as private bank relationship manager felt very bad for him after knowing his plight

This is why when foreigners spot deficiencies and discrimination in Indian military all the Indians come to fight. In India people mare made to think that getting a mere job is the biggest accomplishment of life and life ends after appointment.
