breeding manager has been removed from our home game and is such a terrible design on all levels

My house rule change for breeding manager is, "once this card is chosen, you have the option of choosing to make it 'birds that have at least 3 eggs laid on them: 1 point,' or 'birds that have at least 4 eggs laid on them: 2 points.' I like that the card has an option to play it one way or the other depending on how your game is going. After multiple games, it typically ends with 6-8 points just like the other bonus cards and therefore feels like a fair balance to the card.

No argument that it's a bad card, but since you mentioned your house rules in throwing it out, I thought I'd mention mine on how we tweeked it to still make it viable :)
