You don't need a "hot water heater" because hot water is already hot. You need a water heater.

Keith this is Greg, Lauren's husband. That alignment sure brought back a lot of memories. I worked on locomotives 15 years ago and we would pull the engine, EMD or GE and rebuild them then have to do an alignment. Our alignment had to be within .0025 on all 4 sections of the couplers. Sometimes it could be done in a day. Several times it took a week of 12 hours shifts to get it aligned.

All of your kids who lived on the boat can qualify for a US Coast guard Captain license for at least 50ton with the time and experience they have had on Zatara. They would need to take a registered course online and schedule a test to pass then submit the paperwork for the license. I used a school out of key west and it was amazing and passed on my first try. Strongly recommend it for everyone.

Watching Keith for a few years now, repairing everything on Zatara, is educational & enjoyable over here. I think I can see Keith's oil and gas days when Keith (you) does/do all this maintaining of the various systems.. Great edu for blue water cruisers. Like to technical descriptions. Love the details! Do intend to continue watching you all as your family changes. Also watch Cruising Kiwis whom I found through this channel, and their life drama & challenges. I was staying in the keys a few years ago and came across the History of Diving museum. I'm a lifelong avid diver so took the time to check it out. I was so blown away by how great the collection is and how well displayed & contextualized it was in the tour following the timeline of diving. Judging from the outside I wasn't expecting anything spectacular, it's fairly nondescript and on an isolated bit of the highway, but was such a wonderful surprise once I got inside. I even went back a second time since I was staying for an extended period. It really is a fun educational gem in that part of the keys, I highly recommend to anyone with an interest in diving, history, or just a love of the ocean to check it out, and I'm sure kids would really enjoy it. Thank you Renee for including it this week's video! It deserves the love :)

Good for you and thank goodness you are where you are in life to keep people honest. You want it done right so there are very few problems in the future, and it takes time to do that, and you are doing that. Renee, it would also drive me nuts with all the dust and dirt. My condo was destroyed by outside rain and broken water pipes, so I ended up living in a construction zone myself for over 6 months, I'm a neat freak too, so my heart goes out to you living with the dust, dirt, and chaos. Hang in there, it looks like it will be over soon, and you will be back to living your adventures once more.

The other wisdom tooth is still there but ive had another molar (1 of the very 1st ones before the back ones if that makes sense!) removed as I had ALOT of overcrowding problems!!! Hope the recovery isn't too painful mate, and you can reuse teabags (apparently) to reduce swelling!!!

After spending a few days in the smokie mountains we spent a week of that trip traveling all over Florida. We drove the entire pan handle, spend two days in Orlando, spent some time in the everglades, swam at Daytona beach, West palm beach, and Bradenton beach, went to Universal studios Islands of Adventure theme park in Orlando. We only spent one day and one night in Key West and i regretted not staying a few days longer. I loved the wild chickens running around all over the place. What an incredible place Florida is.

That's great you came across Mel Fisher's Treasure Museum. I live in Sebastian, Florida a couple of hundred miles north of Key West. Just off the coast of Sebastian is where Mel first found the treasure of the 1715 Spanish galleon fleet that sunk during a hurricane. He has a very interesting museum in my little town as well. They have expanded the search down to Key West and have found other Spanish galleon wrecks there. Mel passed away in 1998, but his daughter, Taffi, runs the Treasure Museum in Sebastian.

I've had wisdom teeth pulled but they never knocked me out, just used regular numbing injections. Two of them were really hard to remove, one the doc said it would probably shatter and he'd have to dig out the pieces, Thirty seconds later it was out. Easy peasy. For me the worst part was worrying about the blood plug forming or falling out but everything was okay.

I don't know. About 35 years ago, I had four wisdom teeth pulled out 2 of which exactly like Jack's (impacted) at the same age and it was all done with a local anesthesia injection to the jaw and lips. I didn't feel any pain at all, and one tooth had to be cut and taken out in pieces. All I heard was the cracking noise of the tooth being dislodged and I could see the whole surgery in the reflections of my maxilofacial surgeon's glasses (then a medical resident) who did an excellent job. I then took the bus for a two hour commute home. Two days of codeine for pain relief and a course of antibiotics. Cost free from public health care. Seems like the pain control is over the top with an IV anesthetic, but today it seems to be the norm in the US, probably costing as much as the extraction surgery itself. In fact, it is rare not to see kids all drugged up from tooth extractions.
