One I haven't seen but is quite interesting: the animation of the Skull Kid atop the Clock tower when you look for him to make the Moon Tear drop changes depending on the day and time - from dancing around goofily and mooning Link on Day 1, to a motionless, haunted look on the evening of the 3rd day. You just see how Majora takes hold of him ever more.

Takkuri (the giant klepto bird by Milk Road) can also steal your sword, forcing you to buy it back from the Curiosity Shop at night. Ever had to buy back your Gilded Sword?

Yeah don't worry I had to go back multiple times cause he stole multiple items cause I farmed him for like a dozen or so cycles. I was upset at this damn bird he can steal any item that goes on c buttons or any equipment as well this winged bastard is a blight on this otherwise perfect game. All kidding aside I love this game I'm going to do a Livestream of Randomizer of it soon or oot I haven't decided which

Great video. Its amazinng to me how much detail is in majoras mask, considering they developed the game so quickly. Not only is the main game fairly long/detailed, but so is the side stuff. Especially the different dialogue that appears when wearing different masks, and how npc's react to the time changing/ the moon falling. I got the game when it came out, I was a little kid and missed a lot of these things.

easter egg: The treasure chest minigame girl is the only npc with circular bobs another one: each transformation mask will change the reaction of dogs deku mask will cause the dog to hurt you zora mask will cause the dog to like you and follow you around goron mask will cause the dog to run away from you in terror

You forgot about the hundred rupee chest in the sewers area of clocktown. Instead of heading straight to get to the Astral observatory head left and when you reach the landing at the end of the tunnel bomb the wall and it will reveal the chest.

No. The Goron is too big for the plant. The plant WILL eat him but will die after the animation is over. Maybe rocks don't taste that good!@@The_Ninja_Tree

I never played it until 2021 and it's easily my favorite Zelda and I've played like almost all of them minus like 4 swords and um oracle of ages I think one of those games I never finished. Majora's mask hits so much harder emotionally then ocarina for me (I didn't play either as a child) and that makes it a better game in my eyes. Also better bottle graphics then ocarina too lol

@@lildan596 man lemme tell you somethin real quick. got a used copy of this game like 20 years ago. somebody had already beaten it. i played around with that save file, beat the game with the deity mask, and ended up letting it sit on my shelf for a long time, would play it once in a while. skip forward to a couple nights ago, i've been trying to sell my game collection for a minute on craigslist to save up money for a big move. finally got an offer saturday night for a good price, and we decided to meet up on tuesday (today). in that moment i realized i had to beat this fucking game before i sell it 😂😂 so i've been non-stop grinding for like 3 days straight getting every mask and 100%'ing it (minus a couple happy bomber quests). i got the last mask around 3:30am this morning (the postman's hat), and i just beat it like 15 min ago. what a fuckin rollercoaster man. such a beautiful, potent, emotional game. and i can't fully explain it but it just felt right to delete the save file immediately after beating it. and halfway while running through it i realized i gave myself three days to beat Majora's Mask. it just feels so perfectly lined up. i'm not gonna lie with everything going on in my (our) life and the way some of those scenes hit i'm like still crying from it all LOL, but i feel the weights lifting off. it's a game about breaking curses and confronting the shadow, and so many things. i just pulled an all nighter and i'm about to go sell like $1000 worth of games, i just had to tell somebody bro. thank you
