The quin I know NEVER gives up. You CAN do this quin. It's just a matter of practice and memorization. 8:40 shooting them actually stops the timer. Making that minigame even easier than it already is. 10:52 they do exist. I have one. 14:35 you called this the worst dungeon... Character development ig?

As excited as I am to see the ending, you MUST collect all the fairies in Stone Tower Temple, the reward is absolutely worth it and it’s the only dungeon in which you haven’t collected all the fairies! Get those and the remaining heart pieces, finish the *spoiler* bonus minidungeons before the final boss and get the final mask *end spoiler* and you can beat the game with 100% completion! Here’s a suggestion for the final boss that’s cryptic enough that you won’t understand it till you get there: Battle with honour, use the dark power only as a last resort.

Hey Quin, want help farming rupees? The best way to do so is to shoot down Takkuri, he's the big ugly bird that flies outside the path to the farm. When it dies it drops 200 rupees. It also easily respawns when you enter the area. It's the best way I know to farm rupees. Hint, you want to be on Epona to shoot it down otherwise it might steal your items.

You also get a bunch of rupees when you kill enemies with light arrows.

@@QuinBoBin An even easier way is to buy the milk that gives you infinite magic, and then kill a bunch of Bubbles (the flying skull lads) at night with the Light Arrows. With a full quiver, you'll get 5,000 rupees out of it. A good place to farm them is where you normally walk towards Ikana, and near the graveyard itself.

Here's a tip for farming the rupees: In that first room of the castle where you got the Elegy of emptiness, the Redeads each drop red rupees. Leaving and reentering the room will respawn them, so you can go in and out and slap them for infinite money. It's probably the fastest way, and you won't need to reset time to do it.

Here's a tip for Rupee grinding, outside East Clocktown at night are some Blue Bubbles (the skull guys surrounded by blue fire), shot them with Light Arrows and they drop 50 Rupees a piece. Grind to 500, deposit, repeat. If you ever get low on magic or arrows there are a plethora of bushes around to cut. Edit: Also, there's four Heart Pieces you can only get after you stop Skull Kid.

My sisters hated the water dungeons, but I was like: “They’re fine?? I liked it!” To be fair though, when I was watching my older sister attempt the Great Bay Temple, she was trying to figure out how to get past this one obstacle of water. I knew she hated when I tried to tell her what to do, and I didn’t want her to get mad and tell me to leave, so I stayed quiet the whole time she tried to figure out which valve she missed. She ran through the whole temple before restarting the days. She went back and saw the water obstacle still there. She was frustrated and that’s when I finally, timidly asked if I could suggest something. She didn’t think I could know anything since I was ten and had never done that temple, but I said “What if you used ice arrows?” She stopped, tried the arrows, it worked, she shut off the game and didn’t try again. 😅

One of the techniques for Clock Town's shooting gallery is to prep your aim at either the left or right side of the pool and make ONE sweep across the targets. This saves you roughly 1/3 the time compared to starting in the center (sweeping right THEN sweeping left). Similarly, for the pot-breaking minigame on the beach, the easier solution is to stand closer to the Zora NPC facing the center pot, shoot both fins through that pot so on the way back they break the pots on each side.

Tip of the day: The shooting minigame. It's easier to go from one side to the other rather than starting in the middle. So first round is left to right, then second round right to left etc... Never have to waste time "back tracking" (for lack of better term). Tip of another day, Yeah, I told you, there's a LOT of heart pieces, and they aren't all easy haha

What can I remember where are some Heart Piece are located. - There’s a heart piece at the north lake. You got to beat Goht to get it. - Fight the Ghost Sisters at Ikana Canyon. - Also at Ikana Canyon. Swim up towards the Waterfall. You’ll be at a chamber where you can rematch some rivals. - Beat the boss at the Great Bay Temple. You’ll unlock a mini game just north of the lab at Great Bay. You’ll need a Magic bean to fly towards the platforms to play it. The game is easy. Just don’t fall in the water. - the Scarecrow will help you get to places that has heart pieces. First you need to show off your instrument to the Scarecrow. It’ll ask you to play any song. Use your newly made song to summon the Scarecrow at the Snowy pass heading towards Snowhead. You’ll need your magic lens and the hook shot to reach the lone Heart Piece. - You can see a Heart Piece sitting along the rock wall at the northern part of Great Bay. Use the Scarecrow song to summon it onto a lone ledge. Use your hook shot to reach the ledge with the Heart Piece. And don’t forget the Big Heart Piece that the Stone Tower Boss dropped. Best of luck with your showdown against Skull Kid.

Scoring a perfect score of 50 points in the Clock Town Shooting Gallery is hard to earn a Piece of Heart, but scoring 40 or more points does earn you a quiver upgrade. The rule of this game is to shoot the red Octorocks and not the blue ones, otherwise you will lose a precious few seconds on the clock.

Rupees farming trick: At Night in the Ikana Village, there are Blue Bubbles (blue fired skeleton heads). If you kill an enemy with a light arrow, 50 Rupees. Those ennemies respawn quick and you can get 500 really fast. It works on 3DS, unsure for N64, but it's worth trying to save time.

Spend third day with the sisters, talking to them… Anju and her family may be there too. Anju and Kafei quest again, but get the room key (talk to Anju without Kafei’s mask after the postman delivers letter), and listen through the walls haha deliver the final letter yourself. You can try to do both the ranch and Anju’s quest at once, just for the thrill of it hahha

One great way to farm rupees in this game is to blow up the roof of Ikana Castle, fall down the hole, and reflect the light on the ReDeads. It gives you mostly red and blue rupees which gives you a pocket fat enough to beat the bank sidequest
