I personally don’t think the sayian system is based on potential at all. Just base power level. So nothing is shown to prove Vegeta has more potential at all if anything its shown Goku has better potential. But good story none the less 10/10 would recommend

When goku trained in gravity and went to namek it took him no time to get to frieza so why is he trained by literal gods and is only at friezas lvl but vegeta as a child is cell saga he's not very well with power scaling as we can see

@@flamedomian6889 what i mean is just because vegeta is an “elite” class saiyan doesn’t give him more potential inherently. More often than not its shown Goku learns and grows faster than Vegeta

Goku has a higher potential than Vegeta. Base power doesn’t mean potential. It’s been shown that Goku grows more in power and learns move easier

In showings vegeta naturally has more potential then goku he is a faster learner and can adapt much more and gain power faster the reason goku is always 1 step ahead is because vegeta doesn’t know how to train smart, Think about the cell saga he trained just for power and fell short goku was behind and trained smart to learn SSJ more and he surpassed vegeta easily and same throughout the show goku has been trained by the greatest teachers on earth, otherworld and more he knows how to train smart and gain better power then vegeta that’s why he always is ahead but vegeta has more potential within him then goku

@@MajorDragon yesnt. goku does infact grow faster. with super we know for a fact that vegeta actively trains more than goku. even with the headstart from whis that vegeta got while goku wasnt even training goku not only caught up but actually surpassed vegeta to a minor extent by the time of the universe 6 tournament
