I struggled with Lucha Underground in the beginning. I bounced off the telenovela elements and pre recorded elements. But then I flipped from looking at it as a pro wrestling promotion with telenovela elements to a telenovela *about* a pro wrestling promotion. That made it click for me.

Thank you MLW and AAA. First match started a little slow and 2 of the rudos were a bit sloppy but other than that I liked it. Hopefully we can see more of the OGs like Drago, Daga, Johnny Mundo, Taya, would love to see Lucha Bros make an appearance, Angelico, Jack Evans, Isaiah Swerve Scott Killshot

WOW, Aramis with his incredible aerodynamics and arsenal of offensive/defensive attacks is what made this episode great. Luchadors like him are always used for show fillers but never get that respect and credit to hold title championships with all the sacrifices they leave in the ring. Let's hope that MLW lucha underground will be different if not just a cookie cutter of their previous seasons or like other AMERICAN wrestling companies
