Hello...Our 3 BHK furnished flat (with lift and covered car parking) is available for rent in Uttam Nagar West, New Delhi. It has 1 Drawing Room, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 1 Modular kitchen and 1 Balcony which has enough sunlight and air because balcony is facing to South. Further, it is furnished flat having lights and fans in every room, 2 Wooden Almirah, 2 Double bed, 1 Six seater Sofa with Centre Table, 1 Geyser and Inverter.

Ma'am mei as a tenant Chandigarh mei reh Raha tha due to family problems merko hometown wapis aana padha mene one month rent and 1.5 month security jama Kari thi landlord k paas .. mene 12th dec ko unko bta diya tha ki mei room chhod raha hu urgent basis pe... Unhone merko 19th dec ko 8500 diye hai jo ki meri security 15,000 thi . Kya mei unko legal notice n FIR kar sakta hu ki merko mera poora refund do ? Jabki mera electricity bill sirf 10 units aaya hai and koi damage bhi ni kiya hai mene property mei unki . Unhone mere saath rental agreement bhi sign ni kiya hai koi fir bhi unhone 6500 rupees cut karke diye hai muje .. help me plz

Mem meri choti si shop hai ,1942 se my dada ,father now I do work shop now ,me re malik ne kiraya badane ke liye case kiya ,naya owner hai ,usne property 2013 me li ,us doran hum apana kiraya court me jama karte rahe ,tis Hazari me ,my rent is 147 ,per month ,use demand ki 8000 per month ,magar me yeh case jeet gsya ,judge ne kiraya nahi badaya ,ab vo high court chala gaya is doran kaya hota hai ,koi vichar di 🙏🙏🙏

@@centurylawind Seeing your comment here, says a lot about the DRC act, it's a pro-tenant act. Seriously 147 rs per month? And new owner can go fight after 5 years in court, and should not be legally bound with the rent last paid by the current tenant.
