Makai Paka | Creamy Coconut Corn Curry | Corn Kadi | Corn on the Cob with Gravy - Maa Kitchen Korner

Ingredients:
3 ears of corn, small
1 onion, pureed
1 small tomato, pureed
400ml coconut milk, or as required
2-3 dried red chillies
1 bay leaf
3 green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Fresh coriander for garnishing
A few sticks of lemongrass
2 tbsp oil
1-2 tbsp + 1 cup water
