REDWOOD BOWMAN - Archery Range - Oakland CA

🤘This is the best Archery Range I’ve ever been to. Today on my birthday I went to the Redwood Forest archery range with my good archery buddy Josh Young. Even though I have a pretty bad "Slap Tear" injury in my Right Shoulder, I still managed to fly a bunch of arrows all through this amazingly beautiful outdoor Redwood Tree Forest archery range.

Yo bruh, nice video. I am from SF but moved with wife back in 90s to East Coast. I hunt a lot in Pa and the white tail hunting here is just awesome. We do go back a lot to the Bay Area. We may wind up back in Cali but Jesus the taxes and cost of living are just insane. Anyway, Imma check out Redwood Bowmen. Thanks for doing your part for the archery brotherhood with this video. Keep them coming. PS..I wanted to buy an RX-1 so bad after seeing your video last year but they were very hard to find so i bought a Hyperforce (and Triax). Can't say I'm regretting any of the new bows. Still might sell one of them and get the RX-1. You still loving your RX-1?

Hey brotha, infinitely grateful for the kind words, & ya, the RX-1 is amazing, but what about the RX-2 in late 2019🤞 Let me know when ur gonna go checkout the Redwood Bowman & I’ll meet up with ya, & will have a great fun time :) If you have any room for me in PA on any upcoming future deer season Bowhunts, I would drop everything for a chance to fill my freezer for my baby boys & wife🤘🏹🦌plus I’ve never hunted there🙏Would love to film it too

My wife and kids and I come out every summer to the Bay Area. Have a sister in Burlingame, another sister in Elk Grove and another one in SF and my parents live in SF; the inlaws live in East Bay. Look my ass up on Facebook "Donovan Stockton", you'll see a nice 8 on my profile pic. Yeah, I'mma definitely brining my bows this year. That would be cool to shoot that spot with you. Regarding Pa and whitetail, it's a tough state for out of state hunters. I currently don't have land to host hunts. Public land is OK out here, but most people including myself are harvesting lots of deer on private land. I would say it's better to go to NM or CO for mule deer or elk - my ass is turning 50 this year and looking to do a hunt out West. I prolly won't hunt CA as their hunting fees are insane for out of state hunters.

We are pretty new to archery too, but ya man, you are gonna absolutely love it. They have a donation box where I always throw a $10 dollar bill as it’s actually free to use, but I love that place so much and want to support them & all the hard work they put into that place & keeping it open, it’s truly beautiful & wanna help keep it that way, so if u do go, please do help them out as it is a true gem of an outdoor archery range :)

It’s his 1st bow ever, & in this video he just hit 3weeks since starting archery as we mentioned in the video. But what’s even crazier is it’s his 2nd time ever going to a range to shoot his bow, so up until the point in this video he had only shot his bow once in 3weeks, so for his 2nd time ever shooting a bow, I’d say he’s doing great, & is getting better every time he shoots. I’d like to see what others shot process looks like on their 2nd time ever shooting a bow🤘
