Yes he has a strong work ethic, but it's nothing compared to Kai's, for years he lived in a confined apartment, struggling and still got his meals in, still took the train to the gym everyday, all that stuff, and Phil has insane genetics, Kai has really god ones, but they are not near phils, and Kai is able to stand next to Phil and still have a fighting chance
