My freshmen year of high school 2 years ago I was horribly depressed, I remember I'd see the notification on my phone and wait all day to watch bigger by the day after the gym. It would keep my mind clear before I fell asleep. I had a drug addiction as a 15 year old. I'm 17 now and decided I wanna join the US Army, I have absolutely no depressing thoughts and I'm positive in everything I do. I remember for 3 years ago, I was diagnoesed with luekemia (Blood Cancer) It was hard, but Rich gave me soo much inspioration to prove everyone wrong and prove to myself that I can to what ever I want. When my threatment was over I was 192cm my wheight was 72kg. After 2 months of eating like a horse and train as hard as I could. My wheight was 95kg. I really miss Rich Piana, be had soo much novledge and love to show. Really sad that he is gone... Really sad that I never could thank him in person for changing my life for the better. The man's gone. But still teaching me. In the last few days I've been saying " ....I don't know if I can do this..." and every time I've said it, there's something in the back of my mind telling me I'm being defeatist, and giving up before really trying.. and by saying 'I don't know', what I'm really saying is 'I don't think I can do this'. But here is Rich saying ".. don't ever question, don't say 'I don't know', 'I can't', don't be skeptical, don't ever be negative, always be positive and BELIEVE, yes you CAN... believe to achieve..." Man when he died I didn't know what to do. He was always my inspiration to everything. He taught me so much about the lifestyle I've chosen and has built me and many others mind up to make us succeed in life.
