This is Powerful. I cry when i watch this. As i have the upmost respect for Zack Khan after coming back from his injury, and believing in himself to get back to where he once was.......... I use this as MY Motivation to get back to where i once was also. I suffered a Stroke at 46 years of age, and was super fit at the time. The Doctors said, my fitness saved me. It has been a life changing journey for me for almost 3 years post Stroke, and i have made it back to the Gym!!!!.... I am crawling back to where i once was. I am using very light weights, and even no weights at times, just completing sets of going through the movements. I am starting from the very beginning all over again... I thank you for posting this Video, and for Zack Khan's words of inspiration. As you have no idea what this Video has done for me all the way down Australia.

@paulwindler30404 жыл бұрын
@@vladimirerfan7721 I am still moving forward. I have had a few hiccups along my journey back. Suffered a minor Stroke in March 2019, that stopped me for a while. But i got back to the Gym again, training 5 days on , 2 days off and was seeing results until COVID 19 came along. I am doing the best I can in these times and can't wait until Gyms are once again open. The Gym is my Church. My place where I find peace and sanctuary in the surrounds and I can loose myself amongst the iron and be with my kind of people who understand the feeling one gets when pumping iron. I am still walking the road of redemption, for both my physical & mental health and are deeply in debt to the creators of all the motivational videos, that inspire me to keep moving forward. Peace to you always brother.
@vladimirerfan77214 жыл бұрын
Paul Windler if you want fast results natty go for full body workouts 3x times a week. You had two strokes by age 50. There’s something wrong going on there. How’s your weight right now? Blood pressure? Blood glucose? Insulune ressistance?

Awesome mentality, you should NEVER underestimate how much willpower it takes to come back from ZERO, that's even harder than to build muscle, when you start normally with Bodybuilding. I had a psychosis in 2013 and was in a mental hospital for 3 months, it was SO DIFFICULT and hard to come back, but thank god I did it, now I am back stronger than ever and my mind is even clearer than before my psychosis. Zack Khan is right, don't blindly listen to doctors, your own heart is the best doctor in the world.
@michaelrogers12715 жыл бұрын
Sino Melo Brave for you to come forward. Not sure if you still have your account but I too had that occur in 2011 and a couple times after. Smoked pot alot, stopped smoking and could not eat anything or sleep at all for 4-8 days. Became very delusional and psychotic. Worst of the worst delusions. Went to hospital psych ward in the maximum security part of the ward. Ended up hitting a male nurse and had 3 cops jump on me and take me to jail. Was in jail getting worse with no help. I was in the maximum security part of the jail on suicide watch with no out time. Ended up getting transferred to the countries biggest and most secured mental hospital where 99% of the so called patients were inmates from prison and jail. Changed me so much and I am sure you as well for the better.
