Wow! I just discovered you and absolutely love your content. Watched this on my drive home and can see the potential. Going to rewatch it and implement it to my new endurance-running coaching business. Such a phenomenal structure. The way I’m going about it right now is advertising to join a free community, I just started like 1 week ago, and have 3 member hahah but this way to qualify my lead through a 10 min call is genius. Good start man, I like it. 12 weeks is great - really solid. But let's cut this down. Is there a number that they want to see go up or down? Weight, sleep, compliments etc?

You're trying to add too many qualifiers, asterixes and smallprint to the offer. The job of this sentence is to get people interested enough to talk to you. Later on, in conversations, qualification calls, content and products you can determine the specifics. YOU know what body composition change is - your clients almost certainly do not, so they're not looking for it. If you asked your Mum or someone at work "what do you want?" they'd almost certainly say "lose 10lbs" or something. You can get more specific AFTER you've got their contact information and start selling to them. Does that make sense?

Yeah that's closer. I'd flip it around a little: Busy professionals: Struggling to keep up with your health and fitness? Time poor? Low energy? Use this 8 minute, proven 4 step cheat sheet to lose 5kg in just 12 weeks (without disrupting your busy schedule). Play around with it, use ChatGPT or Cluade or Co-pilot to rework the words and make it seem as simple and easy as possible.
