People like you can change this world such inspiring videos are amazing. Now let me add my experience as a creative thought trigger for your experiments. My cd 50 honda motor bike magneto ran on its own when it was off the timing position and the petrol tap was in close position. It was chugging without any firing of the piston. When the flywheel gathered momentum; the magneto coils got self induced as the old engine had already been converted to a cdi . I never experienced this phenomenon before.

in universal motor armature and field coils are connected in series through carbon brush. for speed variation tappings are made in field coil and tappings are changed using switch or relay. i have no idea about the motor which you are demonstrating. please ensure whether the armature is completely isolated electrically from field coil in the connecting tetminal.

I had the same effect, by using a vacuum cleaner motor, but without even magnetizing the stator of the motor ( I was not connected stator coils to battery ) . By accident I noticed this, when I used a motor rotor as a commutator to charge the batteries with radiant energy. & I found another strange effect , when I charged with short impulses from motor stator moving, the battery slowly swapped polarity for some time , & again back to normal polarity. But this is another story. Needs more experiments with that.

The problem is that it has very little torque. If you think of the field coil as being the torque, and the armature as being the speed, it makes it a bit easier to design in your head.

This phenomenon is acting similar to a dc compound motor. If the field supply is removed and the armature remains energized the dc motor will run away in speed until it destroys itself.

Well John Bedini did mention a so called lockridge device so yeah suposedly that thing shuld by bouth a generator and a starter at the same device similar effects peopel get with those old wv beathel 6v generators so probably that took place I supose those are after all compound dc motors and probably ac related as well probably if you use a tri filar coil ore some multi pole transformer you shuld see some results and probably use some supresors ore capacitors that thing shuld by capabel to run it self with a deap cikel dry cell baterry probably that thing shuld spin realy long time at centrain rpm anti gravity will acure probably thats the case how much I know if you dip copper wires in to lets say liqued oxygen that same wire shuld by in theory carry more curent with smaler size thats just a theory by pulsating curent there is a less chance burning out the rotor winding and brushes so probably they pulse it at centrain time and they gave big coolers and posibly they use oil to cool down the motor posibly to lubricate the rotor as well to prevent brushes wear in theory that shuld work probably a ignition coil was used in that fasion as well as bouth a amplifier and plazma with a gient capacitor probably so yeah thats just a theory of operation well peter linderman did mention some spining peace of metal who run for mouths just on a small baterry on his video the inventor is mentioned its a old kids toy patent so probably thats where that invention originaly came from as some sort of spining pendulum ore somthimg like that
