Good question! Most companies pay via PayPal, Payoneer, Skrill, or wire transfer (EFT), so if any of these are eligible as payout gates in Nigeria, then you won't have a problem getting your money. PayPal is the most common one and is available in most countries, so you could consider using it instead. Just check with your bank if PayPal can be linked to your bank account 😉

You can check their "contact us" section for an email. If one isn't there, then it might mean they rejected the application. Sometimes, because of the high volume of applications, some companies don't respond to applicants who didn't make the cut.
