Hello 😃 yes absolutely. I used a flannel like sheet that was big enough for me to cover the top. As long as the felt or shirt is big enough to cover the top I think it should work. Please share your make with me on Instagram. I’d love to see it 😊♥️

That’s a good question. If you have measuring tape you can take use that. I cut smaller than needed and then cut more if I need to. I hope that helps 💖
