Bro mujhy 1 asa latch circuit chahian 7400ic say bany k us ma 4 push button ho or 4 LED ho.is ma push button no. 1 Press karny pe LED no. 1 ho jay or 2 press kany pe 2 on ho jay but 1 off ho jay or isi tarha 3 and 4 bhi means k 1 LED in one time on ho.or
