I actually liked the Action 4 footage, at the restaurant the Pocket 3 had a tough time focusing. I’m also pretty impressed with the low light on the Action 4. I just purchased the camera and have not tried out low light yet but I’m very interested in doing so, thanks for the comparison.

Two different cameras for totally different purposes. Anything with a lens will do the job just fine but it’s all about picking that specific tool for that specific job to get the best output. Osmo 3 is designed for vlogging whilst Action 4 is an ‘action’ camera! Welcome to the vlogging world!

Nice video and a beautiful location to work with. One thing to watch is to keep the speaking audio level more consistent, I found it got a little quiet sometimes. Good editing and nice transitions.

Thanks for your advice！！！ Maybe it's because sometimes I was testing the audio quality so I just used the original audio recorded by the devices…Pocket 3’s built-in mic sucks outdoor 😂

Yesh the Pocket 3 is more convenient. It's just one tap or one swing of the screen. Definitely better when it comes to pure walk and talk.

Last week I was on a trip to Hangzhou where I exclusevely used my Pocket 3, I visited the West Lake, the Wetlands, Historic Temple and Tea plantation. Oh, and I stayed in the 5 star hotel where Chairman Mao and President Xi have stayed. It was an awesome trip!

Pocket 3 not waterproof & so far I know, there isn’t any waterproof casing out yet except for Pocket 2. For me, Pocket 3 still the best little thing I ❤😘😁

Yeah…if you want to show it when you’re shooting vlogs, definitely pocket 3 is better. I think action 4 is not designed for details, its stability and audio quality are the things really impressed me 👍
