Once again I want to thank you for this great series on the sack back, you cove so many details that it would be impossible to discover these trick and safeguards on your own without a tremendous amount of trial and error through many attempts to build this chair. I hope to see a KZbin series on the continuous arm Windsor soon.

hi Mike great completion, all my chairs are over 15 years old been through numerous brother-in-law torture tests and out of the thirty chairs made , not a single failure, I have never seen such an amazing structural system that works like a windsor chair, hope to have a reunion of knights some day.

Hello Mike, over 30 years ago I saw a presentation you did in Arlington, MA. You are as sharp and instructive as you were then. I was woodworking back then and did my share of chair repairs at a shop in Porter Square Cambridge. I went on to become an architect but have never forgotten the lesson learned from you and other great chair makers and woodworkers. I am hoping to start woodworking again, and have been sharpening my skills, thank you for this series of videos.

Thanks for the kind words, Oscar. I'm a lot older now than back then, but still fascinated with Windsor chairs. I hope you make your share of them.

Mike: Great last episode and fantastic series. Hope you do others of the various other chairs and settees that you also have built and had classes on.

Thank you so much for these instructions. I have made one sack back and the back hoop went on with many trials and tribulations. Thank you again!

Thanks, Brian. This is why I made these videos, for guys that could never make it to a class. If you do make a chair I am available for questions and help through the Community tab on this channel.

Keep watching, Mike. I hope to record additional chairs. I have a hankering to do a continuous arm.

Great series Mike. Almost as good as being at a class at the Windsor Institute. I say almost because a video series can't reproduce the fun that was had in those classes. Did I see a comment below about you doing a C-Arm series? I'm looking forward to it!

Thanks, Ken. We did have good times and lots of laughs. I do hope to do more chairs, but that depends on this channel's success in becoming self-sufficient. I work for free, but the videographer insists on being paid.
