Everyone in the comments hating on this but we have been making salty cakes in france since forever. It’s on of our to go party snacks 😅 we just made one with a jar of leftover olives the other day , it’s really nice to eat it with some soup.

Aw...that's such a regular thing to eat in France. Whenever we go on a picnic we usually make this. It's delicious and you can put virtually whatever you want. I like to put sun-dried tomatoes, olives, cheese and ham with some mustard in the batter
