Jenny, I just love watching your Videos. Since i became disabled, i started sewing off & on since year 2011. I was once a truck driver & in one month time i became ill. I worked all of my life & when I came in off of the road in 2011. I was going a little stir crazy just sitting here. So, i started sewing. Just thought i would share a little bit about me. But, besides that. I have learned allot by watching your videos. You have been an inspiration in my life, even tho we have never met. This past year my Cancer came back & of course i stopped sewing & then packed everything away. Just these past two days. I have been bringing all of my sewing equipment back out & so I am wanting to get back into sewing again. Well, anyway. I just thought I let you know how much you have touched my life by watching your videos. Have a bless day.

Praying for healing for you. Try to do something you love. It will help the healing process. My husband survived stage 4 melanoma. I have been away for months ( due to illness ) and have really missed my weekly " dose" of Jenny's awesome tutorials ! here's a really good idea. vary the spacing between stars to make a random look. then quilt it with stars and lines connecting the stars. you could even quilt planets and moons. but the genius of this quilt is the way the pieced stars are floating in that white space. it's a real opportunity for some stunning quilting.

This would also look cute with bright print square scraps for the centres, and these 'Magic Colors' bright neon read-like-solids coloured jelly roll strips (or actual solids, like a Kona brights jelly roll) for the "star legs"... and I'll bet you could get more spiky/long-angled star points if you didn't cut the coloured strips into 2.5" squares beforehand, but just laid the long 2.5" strips along the white/background squares until they cover the sides. LOVE IT! Thanks for the funky tute, Jenny! ~Diana from Toronto

I love the Tiny stars quilt. Thanks for such a nice video. I'm going to make the Tiny Star quilt blocks and then add a 3/4" sashing to the blocks. Then sew them together to make a little quilt for the NICU at the hosp. near me. I will be able to make 2 of these quilts out of a pack of my charm squares. These small quilts are for laying over the isolletes to keep the bright lights out of the babies eyes. I made 2 little quilts with one Minion charm charm pack. I watched your video for the quilt that has the sevens and ells. Sorry I can't remember the name of the quilt right off hand. But the Minion quilts are so cute and the Tiny Stars quilts will be so cute too.
