You need to use the most efficient peltier module, TEC1-12708. Assemble at least 4 of them in parallel and feed only 6 amps for each. In total you would need to feed 6x4 = 24amps at 12V. Don't use those heatsinks, they aren't enough to pump out the heat from the hot side. Use water cooling, aluminium cooling blocks and radiator setup.

I would google the model number and see if someone had the same issue or there’s a manual to follow. After trying that if it’s still not working I would need to test with a multimeter to check if there’s current running through the device because based on the description there’s none. Sorry that I can’t be more helpful and hope you get it fixed soon.

Yes I followed your instructions and it worked, after some videos even if it doesnt have the same model. Your video is helpful! I worked on the time delays so it is not defective! 😅 thanks to you!

Hi , i tried to copy but the pump wont suck the water , any tips?
@byc07053 жыл бұрын
I guess it’s air lock. You may try filling the pump and tube with water. Leave as less air as possible in the system then start pumping. Hope this will solve the problem. Thanks.

Did you use peltier for the cooling?
@byc07053 жыл бұрын
Yes. By the way, the device can easily transform to a heater by giving the Peltier inverted current, so it can be used in winters.

i tried this, but i find the change in water temperature to be marginal, what may have gone wrong?
@byc07052 жыл бұрын
The temperature change range heavily depends on the tank size, i.e. the water volume being cooled down. Room temperature also affects the performance.

Hi Brad, I dont know why but I did everything as per the setup but still even one jug of water is not cooled :(, would you like to get in touch over an email/watsapp to identify the root cause ?? Awaiting positive response. Thanks for your help.

I would bypass the control module for now. Connect the Peltier directly to the 12V power supply for 3 seconds. If you can feel the coldness, and the heat on the other side, you know the Peltier is fine(do the same to the pump and fan to test them) and the issue is likely with the control module. May be the wiring or setting.

How much to ship? haha. I would totally buy one of these if you'd be willing to make one up and give me a quote haha

Thank you for being interested in my work. It’s truly an encouragement for me because I’ve never imagined someone would be willing to buy my product. However, my device has not been through rigorous tests under extreme conditions, and therefore may not work in all environments. I would recommend commercial water chiller on the market. Thanks again!
