From January 24th - February 27th, 2022 I’ll be hosting a Sew Along to make my most popular quilt pattern - the Paradigm Quilt Pattern! Each week we will make small bits of progress towards making a completed quilt top! Of course, there will be PRIZES each week, and I’ll be showing up weekly in emails & videos to discuss the progress and help you along the way.
The Paradigm Quilt Pattern is an easy, fun, bold, and FAST pattern that is perfect for learning some classic quilt blocks! By the end of this sew along, you’ll be able to make Flying Geese and the Economy Block, and have put them both into your own Paradigm quilt! Jan. 31 - Feb. 6: Cut fabrics & make 4 Corner Units

Hi Emily, The sew a long sounds fun & I just signed up. A couple questions, if we follow along each week do we need to purchase the pattern? will you provide cutting instructions for using AccuQuilt? Thanks!

How exciting! You will need the paradigm pattern to follow throughout the sew along, and you should have received a coupon code for 20% off when you signed up for the sew along! This pattern is not technically AccuQuilt friendly, but you could make the pillow size using accuquilt. (However, I will be making the throw size during the sew along so I don’t plan on going into too much detail about accuquilt for this one). If you really want to make this one using accuquilt, my recommendation would be to purchase the Sprightly pattern in my shop, which is the same block but in an AccuQuilt-friendly design. homemadeemilyjane.com/sprightly-quilt-pattern/

However, I already bought the pattern from you in December, because I loved it and wanted to make the quilt, not knowing that you would be doing this sew along in January! You could use AccuQuilt for the pillow size! I’ll be making the throw size though, which is way too big for accuquilt dies
