You can't upload your own character but you can upload your own voice, they also have animated mouth so you could put that on your own character to somewhat make your custom character

Yea but you have to create multiple files with each body part separated and then rig them so unfortunately it's not as easy as just uploading a picture of a character and having it automatically animated

I noticed there was an option for transparent background when you were creating the character. Are you not able to export without the background?

Good eye! And yeah off the top of my head I can't remember the exact reason why but yes there was a problem when I tried exporting with the transparent background but luckily with a green background and capcuts chroma key it's just as easy to remove the background so it's not a problem

It says it's included in the Adobe creative cloud , do you have the one that you pay $59.99 a month for? Check where all of your adobe apps are in creative cloud and you should see it. Look up Adobe Animate if you're having trouble finding it.
