You'd need to find a smart switch that uses the same app or uses your amazon echo device

You might have some issues if you get 30 meters in a row. Usually the cheapest LED strips start losing power at 10 meters. If you can cut it down to 3 x 10M you'd need 3 controllers. it's just safer to make sure it works. You can find more expensive LED strip that already have a controller and maybe go up to 30M but that is a different price range. (I'm actually French lol)
