@@lowcarbabode Hi! Just made a delicious batch of blueberry, lemon & coconut muffins! Next time I'll reduce my baking time by 2-3 minutes. We're right on the cusp of high altitude, and baking always takes a little adjusting. Apple-cinnamon, with maple flavoring and pecans would be wonderful for Fall! Great muffin base...thank you! 💗

I haven't tried that. Allulose may brown differently. You can use coconut sugar, but that's not a low-carb sweetener.

That's too bad ❤️ Coconut flour is keto-friendly. And while this recipe won't work for you, I'm sure you can google keto muffins with coconut flour.

@@lowcarbabode Thank you for the quick response. Coconut flour is great and versatile, but just doesn't provide the pastry sort of texture of flour. I use hazelhut meal for Graham cracker crust alternative and I really like it. I've lost 85lbs with only about 5lbs to go, but I'll probably remain keto for the rest of my days. You rock and I love your courage to share your lifestyle with us. I could never put my face in front of a camera. 😊

@Deena Carson Oh, thank you! I still feel shy doing it, but slowly gaining more confidence. Thank you for sharing your journey here! That's such an amazing weight loss! Hazelnut flour is great! I love using it for Christmas baking. Unfortunately, the flavor can also be overpowering. I think a combination of keto flours would work best for you. Or maybe I just need to work a muffin recipe without any flours 🤩

Your recipes are great but can you please give your temperatures and measurements in metric as well as imperial please. Only the USA still lumbers along with Imperial measurements along with Myanmar and Liberia. The other 192 countries in the world have moved on…😂

Thank you! I'm working on it. The recipe card I use doesn't automatically convert, so I have to do by hand for each recipe. I will start with the most popular ones and work my way through 😅 My audience has been mostly in the U.S., but it slowly changing, so I will adapt!
