I have several of these. After a while the relay inside sticks so you have hit it to get it to actually close or open the circuit. This was actually the advice given by the help line when it stopped switching. I'd be interested to know if this happens to you.

i have 2 TAPO plugs. I prefer them to the Amazon ones. 1 upstairs controls my bedroom lamp and the other controls my DJ gear.

Mine won't connect to Android. I have read that it only connects to Apple. I don't do Apple. Anyone else encounter this issue?
