Today I made apple bread that really looks like an apple!
The appearance of it being pudgy, fluffy and shiny was really appetizing, like a ripe apple.
It's really delicious with plenty of apple cream cheese inside the soft and moist bread.
I made it using red yeast rice powder, but I also made dough with coloring separately, so I think you can watch the video and refer to it when making it. 😊
After baking the bread in the oven, I used a polish to give it a shine, but if you don't have any, you can use melted butter. If you use a polish, the shine lasts much longer, but it is a bit difficult to pack because the surface is sticky. As a reference, I think you can just apply melted butter or polish!

🔥Preheat to 338℉(170℃), bake at 320℉(160℃) for 17-18 minutes

◼ Storage method ◼
In summer, eat within the same day. In winter, it is okay to store it at room temperature until the next day. Refrigeration of bread is not recommended as it becomes brittle and loses its taste. If you want to eat it for a long time, keep it frozen, thaw it at room temperature, then warm it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and eat it!
