6-8 medjool dates (pitted)
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup cacao powder
1-2 tsp peppermint oil/extract
2-3 tbsp rice malt syrup
a pinch of salt
2-3 rows of dark chocolate
