Just did the drag and blink now aftee struggling for an hour with stabbing pain everytime i blink and after i did that its gone! I just dragged the contacts away from the side of the painful part. Thank you!

It depends on a lot of things, like how long you’ve had it, what you’ve tried, what health conditions you may have and whether it is evaporative dry eye (tears evaporate too quick) or aqueous deficient eye (not enough tears). Regardless, you may find it helpful to eat a highly anti-inflammatory diet (include lots of anti-oxidants and cut out inflammation causing foods. The drink plenty of water (7 cups a day) and omega 3 may help. Then take the necessary eye lubricant and cut down environmental irritation on your eye (e.g fans in you face...)

Dr can you please reply iam really afraid.sir my eye doctor dilated and checked my eyes for eye floaters.and he said my veins are healthy nothing to worry but suddenly after 2 days .iam stared to see more floaters than usual .a lot of spots like bugs floating around my eyes.also mild pain in eyes .is there anything to worry

I would suggest you call them back for urgent advice. It just needs precautionary checking I feel. Don’t panic though.

Used to happen with me too it can also happen if your lens is ripped even a little bit due to wearing it my eyes also got red and sensitive then i just stopped using them for like two weeks and now i a, wearing them again and they feel ok now
