You can get much more sunlight tonal dynamics by playing with filmic highlights around 0.3-0.7 and with curves.

@@StudioHeisenberg Just wanted to say that since your methods include changing the context of the space. Sometimes you cannot add trees if window is on 34th floor of a skyscraper or you must have big undivided window for some office for example. Playing with tone of the sun can be applied to any situation.
