Make Delicious Homemade Pita Bread in Just 30 Minutes or Less!

• Welcome to my channel
• 3-3,5 cups of flour
• The amount of flour may vary depending on the type and quality of the flour
• 1 cup size is 200 ml.
• Let's make a well in the middle of the flour
• 1 cup of milk
• 1 tablespoon of yogurt
• 1 pack of yeast
• 1 tablespoon of sugar
• let's mix
• 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
• Let's add 1/2 (half) teaspoon of salt
• and let's mix it with spatula
• let's start kneading the dough
• Let's knead the dough until it is smooth.
• Let's cover the dough
• and let it rest for 60 minutes
• After 60 minutes
• Let's take the air out of the dough
• let's sprinkle flour on the table
• let's put the dough on the table
• let's fold the dough
• let's divide the dough into 8 equal parts
• let the dough balls rest for 5 minutes
• After 5 minutes
•let's roll out the dough balls with a rolling pin (10-15 cm.)
• And let's put it on a tray lined with baking paper.
• Let's apply the same process to other dough.
• Let's cover the dough
• and let it rest for 20 minutes
• After 20 minutes
• Let's bake in a preheated oven at 240 degrees / 460 F,
• fan setting, in a controlled manner,
• until the top and bottom are golden brown (between 5 and 10 minutes).
