I know it’s been 4 yrs since this was taped but I just love it! I am a single woman after 44/yrs marriage and I always loved crafting and your crafts had put a fire in me again and I am having a lot of fun! My favorites are the placemat crafts and the notebooks and sticky notes. Thank you oh by the way over 10;yrs ago my Grandson set up my name for posting and as a joke he put super beast without me knowing and I don’t know how to change it lol

My mom would put contact paper on all of my paperback books as a girl. Some of them are 25 years old and they still look new even after being read quite a bit over the years.

Morning Sherry, Environmental consciousness - - Yay!!! ❤️ ❤️ Very cool idea. 😃 Very fun project. I'm going to try using Mod Podge on mine. I'm fascinated with that stuff. It really does give a nice durable finish to whatever it's applied to. (And bonus, the Dollar Tree carries it). I ran out of wrapping paper, one Christmas, and applied Mod Podge to newspaper and grocery store circulars then painted with acrylic paint and I had fabulous one-of-a-kind wrapping paper. :) Thank you for creating sunshine for us all. 😘 Have a great day!

Your tutorials are such a wealth of great ideas. I laminated a travelers notebook with iron-on vinyl, because it was at hand, but Contact paper would be so much easier. Thank you for so all these ideas, you have taught me so many great techniques.

Another one of your wonderful crafts! Thanks for posting it. I love the "skinnies," too, and have been using clear contact paper for crafts the last several years. I accidentally bought a 2nd roll long before I was finished with the 1st one, and I'll have enough to "cover" me for years to come! I watch your early-morning posts about 3-4 hrs. before you post the next one! I also love the sound of wind chimes. Yours are lovely. I live in a small town of about 100 people and am usually isolated anyhow, so apart from the 10- to 14-day intervals when I have to go shopping for fresh food and seeing many empty shelves, I haven't noticed much difference. The worst is not going to church Sunday mornings---one of my favorite activities aside from crafting!

Adorable as always. Made me remember when my daughter was in college studying to be a teacher, all her projects had to be encased in clear contact paper. We spent many hours laminating with contact paper. This was 30 years years ago, before laminating machines were readily available.
