i had one similar to this but the ground had no holes to put cable through and tighten...so i ended up splitting the ground in two lines and swirling them around the ground screw adding a tiny bit solder to the wire to secure it. then i tightened the ground screw so it pinned the solder and cable to the ground surface. ideally now i realize i should have had a flat clip pressed onto the ground. one of those flat u shaped ones and secured it like that but my makeshift solution seems to work.
