Welcome to my channel "Life's a Story" where my goal is to embrace the life that's been written.
One of my favorite flavors to cook with is garlic. Garlic bread, garlic noodles, garlic mashed potatoes. You name it and I probably will try to put garlic on it. A couple of months ago I discovered this liquid treasure, Garlic Confit, and have not looked back. It's buttery, garlicky, nutty nodes adds depth to any flavor profile. A few minutes will change your garlic game... never buy minced garlic again!
