Planting my Store Bought Ginger

Have you ever been faced with cleaning out your countertop #veggie bin, and realize that you have some #sprouts ? Well that happened to me recently. I decided that I would try #planting them instead of #composting them. If this works it will give me an alternative source of #ginger .. my #garden!
