I'm making these right now, but with a slight modification. 12" x 6; My bags are scored 5/8" across the top fpr reinforcement. I'm doing a 2" bottom, and 1.25 side scores. Then, after taping down the top, I glue ribbon around, and add a hole on the sides to tie on a twine handle. There is a cello window die cut on the front. Plus some decor bits! I'm going to be making pecan cookies and doing some with candy.... There's a Fall Festival next week! Thanks for your version, I will try it also! Karen

Thank you for this tutorial. I made the smaller gift bags and they really turned out nice. I was able to use a lot of scraps from my Christmas cards on these. They are really easy to make. Going to put my homemade fudge and salted chocolate almonds in them for my coworkers.
