Thank you for explaining the settings in detail. I bought this game because it looked so good. Because of my bad health i have not to good of controle of my fingers/hands and maybe should not buy games like this. But I'm suborn and did anyway because it looked so good. I died so much when i started playing and wanted to quite. But with this video i put the settings in custom mode so that even for someone like me can play this game with a lot of fun. Thank you.

I’m assuming it depends on what platform your playing on (I’m on switch and my father Xbox, he’s not allowed to join my world but it’s the opposite with him) all depends on who’s hosting the game other than that you can cross play with anyone :)

turn vsync off for better input latency, turn quality too high. Epic has a lof of dof blur.

When I created the current game in multiplayer, it didn't give me the option to create a Shared World, only Standard. I want to convert my Standard World to a Shared World, but I see no option for it on the Load/Save screen. Am I missing something? I play on PC via Steam.

I solved this. I wasn't connected to Microsoft. I thought I only had to do that for cross-platform play.

You have to enable cross-play first and follow the instructions to connect your Microsoft account

I’ve played this game on my os5 before with my linked account, I haven’t played it in a while (didn’t delete it) BUT now it’s saying that “grounded couldnt be linked to a Microsoft account at this time” and there’s no info anywhere about how to fix this 😢😢😢

They had some issues, obvs try linking again, if it's still not working raise a support ticket on obsidian website, they are good at responding

I figured it out. After adding each other on the xbox app. Have your friend with the ps5 create a lobby for multiplayer then he can exit and save it. Then you can have him either host or join a shared world and it will let you guys join.. ! Hope it helps 😊

In version 1.4 on pc, there is no Crossplay option in settings

There’s no option for it because it sets to turn on by default when you sign into your Microsoft account. If you don’t sign in it’s turned off. You’ll know it’s in when you go to host game and the community option is available.

@JadePGCrafted doesn't effect me at all but if you were to say it makes a difference in fighting then I might change it. I don't get how a game can make someone sick, a car, a plane, a boat yes but we're all different. I only get car sick if someone else is driving and I'm trying to read.
