طريقه غلط الحمص كذا خرب اي ضرب. وبيحصل تسمم اذا تم طحنه حار. لازم يوضع بالفريزر. ويكون بارد جدآ. واثناء الطحن والاعداد. يوضع معاه. ثلج. لتخفيف حرارة الطحن. بس ممكن يكون هذا تجربه للماكينة. كيف مستوى طحنها

Very nice machine. I tend to make my hummus with less water. This makes it thicker and harder on the machine. Can the machine handle the extra load on the motor, of using less water, without over-heating?

In general, people prefer their hummus in a creamy texture with a lot of water and tahini inside.
