I tried adding some slight motion on the Y axis of the cubes (shapes) for visual interest. Unfortunately, doing that wreaks havoc on the interplay with the environment light and shadows, creating artifacting along the edges of the shapes. How can I add an undulating motion to the shapes and retain realistic shadows?

Hey! Do you know why I might be missing an Advanced 3D renderer option? I'm using an M1 Max macbook pro with AE 24.0.2 (build 3). The thing is when I set a new comp and set the basic 3D, in the about window it says Classic 3D (Advanced 3D) plug-in version 1.1. Any ideas?
