i recommend go to back entry, climb the hill and sniper those enemy,it is even lower risk

There's better place to get about 4k minimum up to 10k without even firing a single shot sometimes. It's the MS Villas. However, 2 keys are essential. The Kate and Elena Garage key. Once you have that, you'll never have to worry about money and gear, ever.
