It makes me miss the days of digging and riding. Getting old well I do have great memories. Dirt jumping and all around biking is a whole new world than it was at the turn of the century.

Thanks. That takes me back to my days of dirt jumping. I was part of the first generation of mountain bikers that really started dirt jumping in the 90's. I used to love a day of digging. We learned from the BMX crowd, so we dug BMX trails. Taller and steeper. My friend Garen Becker and I went out and dug in the rain one day at the De La Viega trails and made two new doubles in a new line as tall as me at 6'7" and as close to vertical as we could make them. I didn't do a bit of riding that day, but it was perhaps the best day of my riding career. Thanks again and well done Sir.

Looks like a lot of work I built jumps like that are we expecting at least 8 ft of air minimum online like that the catching about 2 to 4 probably just dialing them in hard work
@substrata41305 ай бұрын
Yep thousands of hours for sure! The more you work on them the more you'll figure out what works best for your spot. That being said I'm working on a video to make a jump work real good first time. Coming soon!

Wouldn’t renting a small machine be MUCH easier and faster than using shovels?
@substrata41305 ай бұрын
When the land permits it, yes! But nothing beats hand built, it has a feel and look. Machines do cause a lot of damage.
