it's called lisa the joyful, the dlc sequel to lisa the painful, an rpg maker (though this definitive edition uses unity) game that covers heavy subject matters it's available on steam and most modern consoles I happen to enjoy this series and touhou too, so when that happens, I tend to mash the two together
