@TheModernFilmmaker2 жыл бұрын
I will need to make a tutorial on this because you can either make an animation out just like you made the animation in if you want a different animation when going out or you can make use a expression between a "desolve" and "time" to make it reverse the animation just as it came in. Thanks for the comment 👊✌

There is no 'new fusion composition' when I r-click in the media pool. What are the prerequisites to make that appear?

oh ... figured it out. I have to do it from the fusion context. I'm a newbie:)

This video was epic and just what I need to make my intro! I have an advanced question now: How do we turn these squares into alpha channels and replace the squares with DIFFERENT images in each square? I'm doing art and would love for each one to be different artwork so is there a way to plug in each one to each individual square?
@TheModernFilmmaker3 жыл бұрын
Thank you Mitchell!! I appreciate you man 🙏 Towards the end of this video, I replace the second layer of square with a text node. You could do that same thing but instead of a text node, import your art and you can drag it into the node section from the media pool in fusion and connect it to the transform where the "square color" node is. 👊✌
@mgrima913 жыл бұрын
@@TheModernFilmmaker amazing! I'm going to follow along with this video right now and give it a go!
@mgrima913 жыл бұрын
Ok so after a bit of playing around I've followed the tutorial and got a decent intro I like. Now when I plug in a single image it replaces the squares with that image, but it duplicates it the 8 times I have set which is logical. Is there a way to make those 8 copies different images or would I need to animate each one separately?
@timber0073 жыл бұрын

@TheModernFilmmaker2 жыл бұрын
If you have a image in the media pool you can drag it into the fusion comp from the Fusion page, then disconnect the original "background" node and connect the image node you brought in. 👍 Hopefully that makes sense

@TheModernFilmmaker3 жыл бұрын
It can feel pretty complicated if you are more familiar with a different program but once you get comfortable with the Fusion "Node" workflow it is really a lot quicker and simple than it seems. I knew After Effects like the back my hand when I first started using Resolve and now I only use Resolve for everything.
