I think the multimerge node would be a cleaner way to go about recreating the logos

Using Normalize is terrible advice. This guy needs to go take an audio 101 class.

on the eq step - it seems like everything from 500 hz up is giving me a headache-inducing whistling noise when 'probed', is that normal situation for poor quality audio? as if the recording has noise ingrained in the whole range of frequencies

Wow, I am glad I found your channel. I am tying to make a new channel logo using my current Logo, the problem I am having is that the person that created my logo is no longer creating logos and I have no idea on how they created it. I have the jpeg for both clear and color, I am wondering how would I re-create the font and how the test is presented? Any helpful tip would be greatly appreciated.

Hello sir.. I shot on Slog3 at different fps like 60fps and some like 100 fps. What should be my master settings and export setting for better output quality. Thank you sir. please tell me.

Well that was awesome. Thanks so much for the help! Loved how you vinetted the light part of the sky instead of just vignetting the corners like I would have haha. Felt way more realistic the way you did it

Thank you so much for this tutorial! A question I have though is what if your audio is different in every clip and you have a bunch of clips? I'm making a short film and the background is different each clip, does this mean I need to do this process for each clip I have?

Good stuff. I tend to over complicate my color workflow due to myself formerly being the head colorist at a post house in NYC. I am now the senior admin and a professor in the film department at an art school and I'm trying to figure out ways to explain concepts without exceeding my students' skill level.

Cool watching this 3 years after you made it, the one thing that is stumping me on a Mac is the 'Option Spacebar' command as this brings up the 'Search' as in search the Mac system for files on the Mac, would love to know if there is another command on the Mac? Have found a way round this but nothing faster than the key commands. Now on version 19 for DaVinci.

You just say "Hold Control" as with all the other key commands as much as you like until it's imprinted in our memories, it's the way this game works. Great tutorials by the way, worked in illustrator for decades so need the imprinting.
@TrogART4 ай бұрын
Very cool, but a little question for you, can you import elements from illustrator and do the same type of thing? If so what would the elements need to be saved as? Having created lots of logos over the years in illustrator for clients it would be cool to import the logos bit by bit and construct something like this. Same goes for PhotoShop. Loved your clear and concise way of demonstrating.

"i'm losing my voice!" lol - okay i really need to know if i should edit audio or video first? Help anyone?
@TracyinLA4 ай бұрын
If I just have a simple podcast video i'm editing, and I'm not adding background music or anything, can I do all this audio adjusting first to the whole video and then edit the video (which is very simple, just maybe cutting out a few parts and adding a little intro and outro to the beginning and end), or do I need to do all the video editing first and do the sound editing last? I would think sound editing at the very end might be better, but I'd rather do it first, so then i can listen to it the whole way through as I edit the movie. Do you have any advice? Otherwise I feel like I'd have to edit the hour plus long video and hear bad sound quality, then do the sound editing, and then listen to the whole thing again to hear the good sound all the way through, which I don't want to do cause I have very limited time these days, lol, ps love your videos! You were the one that finally helped me to get my podcast sound to have better quality when playing in a car on the freeway in LA! And I'm on like my 30th episode, so it's been a journey of a struggle!
