Absolutely agree with your comment on organic supply... working in a supermarket I see our biggest produce loss are organic lines... people just don’t want to pay the premium prices.

I think it is another one of those 'I want it to be available just in case I want to buy it one day' things. I never found that my customers wanted organic that much.
